System Writer Wanted

Dear applicant...
I am looking to either hire or barter for help documenting our real estate investing systems.
Specifically, I am looking for someone who can assist with creating a wiki (using the same software platform that wikipedia.com uses) to create a web based set of step-by-step systems for investing in real estate in any city.
This is a home-based position that you can do at your own pace.
Basically, you will be taking content that I have written and that other real estate investor teachers and real estate professionals have compiled and create a best practices checklist and documented business system from them. I also have over 100 real estate audio courses to use as a basis (some of it out-dated, but most of it very up-to-date).
This job requires super-human organizational skills, amazing attention to detail and outstanding ability to focus on a large project. In fact, I suspect it will take more than one person contributing and so you must be able to work with a team.
It is ideal for someone who wants to get involved in real estate investing and wants to build their own real estate investing systems anyway.
Since I do not know what the going rate for this job is, I am putting out an open invitation to name what you would do it for and I will be selecting people to interview based on their applications.
